How to Stay Motivated

I know we all need motivation to get us started when working on a goal. While the start is important, so is the repetitive and daily actions we take in order to accomplish the goal. 

But what do you do when you need to find that motivation again? Or when the going gets tough and you just can't see the light at the end of the tunnel?

I know the feeling because I've been there way too many times to count. Not only is frustrating, you also feel helpless because this is the 357th time you feel like giving up.

I got you and I won't let you quit. That's why I've created this motivation worksheet. It helps keep your eyes on the prize and narrow down on two important things we tend to forget to do when setting goals. Can you guess? Come on just one guess.

SPECIFIC AND DEADLINE!

Yes a lot of us make vague goals and forget to set a deadline. A specific goal provides you with more clarity and suggests some immediate and actionable steps you can take to get the ball rolling.

We set goals to become better versions of ourselves, therefore it helps to visualize how your life will improve once you have accomplished the goal. If that isn't enough, you can also visualize how accomplishing your goal will  improve the life/lives of your loved ones.
