Consistency is Key Challenge

Here I was just informing everyone of the Consistency is Key Challenge.

We'll work together to determine what is the thing you need to do everyday to accomplish your goals and make your dream a reality. The goal is to do it for 90 days but to start it for a minimum of 3 weeks just 21 days.

This will help build your consistency and self discipline muscles. Even though the registration is closed for the Consistency is Key Challenge September, you can click here to sign up for the same exact challenge in October.
